Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management system built for independent hotels and B&Bs across Europe. It combines a Property Management System (PMS), Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Website Builder, and payment processing (AmenitizPay) in a single subscription. Over 15,000 properties in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal use Amenitiz to automate operations and grow direct revenue.
Setting up your Amenitiz account typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your property's size. A dedicated onboarding specialist guides configuration, handles free data migration from your previous system, and trains your team in your native language. The interface is built for hoteliers, so daily tasks like rate updates, check-ins, and invoicing are handled from a single dashboard.
Yes. Amenitiz offers a commission-free Booking Engine, a native Website Builder optimised for SEO, and a dynamic pricing tool (PriceAdvisor) that keeps your rates competitive across channels. AmenitizBoost also runs performance-based campaigns across Google, Google Hotel Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and you only pay when a booking is generated. The result: more revenue kept in-house, less dependency on OTA commissions.
The Marketplace includes apps across operations, guest experience, F&B, and marketing: such as Chekin and PriceLabs for contactless check-in and deep dynamic pricing and revenue management features, and Lightspeed for restaurant POS. Amenitiz handles payments through AmenitizPay, a native payment solution that automates deposits, balances, and payment links directly from the PMS. Amenitiz does not charge commission on direct bookings processed through AmenitizPay. You can also connect Stripe or PayPal if preferred. All transactions reconcile automatically inside your dashboard, reducing failed cards and manual follow-up with guests.
Every plan includes free customer support in your native language, whether it's English, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese. Communication channels include phone, chat, email, and a self-service Help Center with step-by-step guides and tutorials. New customers are also assigned a dedicated onboarding specialist who handles setup, free data migration, and team training during the first weeks.

No. Amenitiz operates on a single subscription: no commission on direct bookings, no per-reservation fees, and no hidden setup cost. All core features: are included in your Core or Advanced plan. There are additional modules you can add, and optional third-party apps from the Marketplace are billed directly by their providers. AmenitizPay does charge transaction fees as any other payment solution, at a transparent price of 1.5%+ 0.25€.
Both options are available. You can subscribe monthly for flexibility, or choose an annual subscription and benefit from an additional discount. The core features are identical, only the billing cadence and total cost differ. Your account manager confirms the exact terms during the demo.
