Anyone with connections in the hospitality industry, including hotel owners, managers, consultants, influencers, web designers, and agencies. If you have an audience or network of hoteliers, you’re eligible to join.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a unique referral link to share with your network. Each time a new customer signs up through your link, you’ll earn a commission based on your performance:
- 1-5 customers: 15% commission
- 6-15 customers: 20% commission
- 16+ customers: 25% commission
The more customers you refer, the higher your commission rate - with no limits on how much you can earn.
Your earnings depend on how many customers you refer and the amount of their subscription.
Example:
Let’s say you refer 5 properties, generating a total of €500/month in subscription revenue (a conservative estimate).
- Total monthly revenue: €500
- Your commission (15%): €75/month
- Paid quarterly: €225 every 3 months
As you grow, your commission increases:
If you reach 8 referred properties (same average revenue per property):
- 5 customers at 15% → €500/month → €75/month
- 3 customers at 20% → €300/month → €60/month
Total: €135/month, paid as €405 per quarter
The bigger the properties you refer, the more you earn.
Larger hotels generate higher subscription revenue, which means significantly higher commissions for you, up to 25%.
Commissions are paid quarterly, based on the subscription revenue generated by the customers you refer.
Your earnings depend on the size of the property you bring in: larger properties generate higher subscription revenue, which means higher commissions for you.
You’ll receive your first payment once:
- The referred customer has completed 3 full months of paid subscription (3 paid invoices after signing with Amenitiz)
- There are no outstanding unpaid invoices
- There is no active churn or cancellation request
Once eligible, commissions are paid every quarter for up to 1 year, meaning you can receive up to 4 commission payments per referred customer during their first year.
As an affiliate, you’ll have access to a dedicated support team. They’re available to answer your questions, help you with marketing strategies, and provide promotional materials.
No, the Amenitiz Affiliate Program is free to join. There are no upfront costs or membership fees.
You can refer hospitality businesses that meet the following criteria:
- Hotels, B&Bs, hostels, and similar properties with 3 or more rooms
- Holiday homes, apartments, or similar accommodations, only if rooms are rented individually (not as a single unit), and with 3 or more rooms available
- Property managers managing 3 or more properties
Referred customers must also be located in countries where Amenitiz operates: Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy.
In short, the program is designed for independent hospitality businesses, where Amenitiz can deliver the most value, and where you can maximize your earnings.
The process is simple; you make the introduction, and we take care of the rest:
- We receive your contact: Our sales team will reach out as soon as possible.
- We show them the value of Amenitiz: We organize a demo to explain how the platform can help improve their business.
- We handle the entire sales process: We take care of follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- We keep you informed: You’ll receive an email update on the outcome - whether your contact becomes a customer or not.
- You start earning commissions: If your contact becomes a customer, you’ll receive your first payment after they complete 3 full months of active subscription. Your commission is calculated based on the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of the customer you referred.
This amount depends on:
- The size of the property
- The products or features they subscribe to
