Specific Terms & Conditions — Digital Marketing Pilot Service

1. Description of the Pilot Service

The Pilot Service is a trial of our upcoming digital marketing service. It provides:

• Advertising management to maximize hotelier revenue and ROAS within an agreed CPA, including:
  • Campaign setup and budgeting of advertising spend
  • Advertising strategy (channels, audiences, countries)
  • Performance monitoring and optimization
  • Investment in advertising funds required to run campaigns
  • Tracking to attribute a booking to an ad source using our cookies
• Performance reporting including, but not limited to: revenue generated, cancellations, booking value.

2. Opt-in Requirement

Participation requires your active consent. During registration/hiring, check the acceptance box to confirm:

• Acceptance of Terms: you agree to be bound by Amenitiz’s General T&C and these Specific T&C.
• Consent to Communications: you consent to receive Pilot Service communications (updates, feedback, feature notices).
• Data Usage: you agree to collection and processing of your data per our Privacy Policy for Pilot Service purposes.
• Consent to Advertising: you consent to Amenitiz’s use of your and/or your hotel’s brand for advertising purposes.

3. Use of the Pilot Service

Use of the Pilot Service must comply with the following:

• Permitted Purpose: solely for the services in Section 1.
• Prohibited Conduct:
  • Unlawful use
  • Data manipulation or tampering
  • Sharing access with unauthorized persons
• Legal Compliance: you must comply with applicable laws.

Amenitiz may immediately suspend or terminate access, without prior notice, at its sole discretion, for prohibited or abusive use, including deliberately modifying bookings to undercut spend associated with this product.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content advertised on your hotel’s website. Amenitiz shall not be liable for any goods or services advertised on your hotel’s website.

4. Modifications to the Service

Amenitiz may modify or discontinue the Pilot Service at any time, with prior written notice. If you do not accept changes, you may cancel your subscription.

5. Commission and Payment Terms

5.1 Commission and Definitions

For the Pilot Service, Amenitiz collects a 12% commission on Net Booking Revenue for bookings attributed to advertising campaigns developed and executed by/with the Pilot Service (the “Commission”).

• Booking Revenue: final price collected by you from the end customer for a booking (local currency), including optional services, excluding city tax or other on-stay revenues.
• Net Booking Revenue: Booking Revenue minus any cancellations related to the current or previous months of operation.

Commission levels/amounts may be reviewed; changes will be notified by written notice.

5.2 Invoice

Amenitiz issues an invoice within the first 5 days of each month for reservations generated in the previous month.

5.3 Payment Due Date

Payment is automatically charged using the same payment method as your Amenitiz Subscription at invoice issuance.

5.4 Service Suspension

Amenitiz may suspend the service where user conduct is suspected to deliberately modify bookings to undercut associated spend.

6. Termination of the Service

Amenitiz may terminate access at any time, at its sole discretion, with 15 days’ prior notice.

Amenitiz is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from termination (including loss of data, business interruption, or other losses).

Upon termination, access ends immediately and data you provided/stored may be deleted or become inaccessible. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination (including indemnities or terms intended to survive).

7. Opt-Out of the User

You may opt out at any time by contacting Customer Care and completing the opt-out form.

After opting out, your access ends and related data may be deleted per Amenitiz data-retention policies. Commission continues for 30 days after opt-out for bookings attributed to previous ads traffic generated through Amenitiz Boost.

8. Reference to General Terms

These Specific T&C supplement the General Terms & Conditions of Amenitiz. For matters not covered here, the General Terms apply.

As stated in the General Terms, Amenitiz provides a SaaS platform (web & mobile at https://app.amenitiz.io) that enables users to create, manage, and administer their hospitality business and advertise their hotels and accommodations directly.
